I try to send an e-mail to the requestor of a ticket with Servie Desk but the e-mail is sent to all recipients defined except to the reporter.

thank you for resolving this issue. Please note that Email this Issue respects user profile setting: "My changes: do not notify me". But the flag you found overrides this.

I would like to notify the Service desk with a different template of the customer template.
Exactly this is what we are going to implement. Two notifications for a Context, one for users, one for customers.
Do you know on witch release this feature will be implemented?
